Sanguine Roses is a fantasy equine roleplay site involving intrigue and betrayal, kings are at odds and set in stone against one another while an ancient magic seems to be returning to the land. For the first time in centuries, there are whispers of sightings of The Oracle, glimpses of horses who can command a magic long since thought lost to the realm. We have an intense setting and plot in place on SR, as well as a unique breed that can only be found here. We encourage and foster character development as well as unique plotting for all. Roleplayers of any level are welcome here as we approve of developing skills and growing as a writer. There are many different aspects of the site that are available to you; whether your interest lies in the politics of the warring rebels and the kingdom, the mystical magical qualities that have seeped into the land and the mysterious past that led to the finding of said magic, or even if all you hope to find is a loving partner, we have it all here.
